Troy Felt
Managing Director
A registered builder, Troy has more than 20 years’ experience in the property development and construction industry. His passion, wealth of knowledge and expertise in property acquisitions, development, building and constructions has led the Group to become a highly respected market leader. He has developed and built strong partnerships with key industry contacts, government, community and other stakeholders which have added to Builton’s success.
Glenn Wheeler
Director
Glenn has held senior management and directorship positions in banking, finance, property development and funds management including directorships of ASX listed companies. He is directly responsible for structuring, establishing, funding and managing Builton’s property trusts, syndicates and specialist property companies. This includes syndicating residential sub-divisions, commercial offices and multi-level apartment projects to assist in funding and driving the growth of Builton’s acquisition and development capability.
Lawrence Fitzgerald
Chief Financial Officer
Laurie has an Honours Degree in Economics and has more than 30 years’ experience in Chief Financial and Accounting roles with national and international corporations. He provides financial stewardship to the Builton Group and a range of Builton stakeholders. Laurie is responsible for the preparation of all financial and management reporting as well as maintaining strong cash flow disciplines. He provides a “rigorous hands on overseeing role” in all governance, risk management and company secretarial matters to ensure adherence to all compliance, finance, statutory and legal obligations.
Brent Wyatt
General Manager – Construction
Brent is responsible for all construction and development businesses of the group. He is a registered builder with more than 30 years’ experience in managing all aspects of commercial construction and residential development. Brent’s is a “hands on team leader” and is responsible for growing and driving the Builton team’s enthusiasm and expertise required to manage and deliver all groups projects on time and on budget from concept to completion.
